Just learned celiac disease and antidepressant use in the first trimester increase autism risk. That's me. Tips to stop worrying?? :)

Apparently maternal celiac disease (allergic to gluten) leads to 3 times the autism risk, and use of antidepressants in the first trimester may increase risk as well, by as much as four times? I've "cheated" on my gluten free diet a lot recently (a big no-no as they think it may be the antibodies produced from exposure that triggers the development of autism), and am super concerned now. Plus I took prozac and wellbutrin in the first tri. How do I stop worrying that my boy will be autistic?

I know there is nothing I can do but avoid gluten religiously from now on, but this sort of information really freaks me out, haha.
