Stop hitting a dead horse... for real now.
- Lore: Rogue Trader did not etablish much Space Marine lore, so there were these supposed be "Female Space Marines", they weren't Space Marines, just woman in Power Armor right from the begin. 2nd Edition fleshed out the Space Marines aka Adeptus Astartes as genetical enhanced battle monks. There is a reason they call themself "Brothers" all the time.
- Men and Women in Military: There is also a reason that more men serve in the military then women. And it was so throughout history with only quite a few exceptions. The reason is rather simple: Men areon average simply physical stronger than women. I get that doesn't makes sucha high impact when shooting a gun (recoil exists, but let me continue before I go into that), but we talk about a universe where MELEE COMBAT is not an exception, but the prefered way for 3/4 of the races to fight their enemies. Men simply have more destinct attributes that make them stronger in most fighting situations. Beside there is also the monthly visit for women. I served in the military. I also had contact with female soldiers. Trust me, when I tell you that is a logistical nightmare.
- So, why no female Space Marines? Big-E decided to make them male, why? Mostly because males have alrdy more pronounced muscle mass he was able to work with and boys don't have as many natural changes to suffer than girls in their teenager times. Another thing is mentality: What relativly sane girl would want to become a brainwashed hulking mass of muscles full of anger, that would end up having no female attributes anymore anyway? (beside the rate of failing to even survive the initiation to become a recruti for Space Marines, not even mention the genetical modifications). Boys sure, we are dumb as hell, we would do that, girls are normally smarter.
- Other races have plenty female combatans. Pick your poison basically: Nuns with Guns, Pariahs who kick butt and almost stand up to Custodes, Imperial Guard also uses female soldiers (and lasguns have no recoil, yeah I did not forget my promise to bring this up later), with only a few exceptions, I mean, simply take a read into the Gaunt's Ghost novels and you find some female soldiers that stay toe to toe with male soldiers all the time. You can say a lot about Dark Eldar... but they are clearly not sexist: Cabal recruits everyone who is deadly enough. Wych Cults are literally lead by females almost exclusively. Coven do also not care. Craftworld? Feel welcomes, they also do not care, there is a literal Aspect Shrines that is mostly female. A lot of their most well known characters is female, mostly due to the DoW series, but I don't see a problem with that at all tbh. Tau? Don't care, if your born in the Fire Caste you going to get a Pulse Rifle and fight for the Greater Good. Beside their is Shadowsun, who literally curbstomped a Space Marine captain in close combat on her own. Genestealers? Don't care, as long you serve the four-armed Emperor. List goes on.
- If you rly want Fem Space Marines. No one is holding you back. It's your army, your guys (or ladies in this case). This hobby once was about getting creative and make YOUR army find a place in your headcanon. Conversions are a thing, there is no excuse to not make female Space Marines, fi you rly desire it, it takes a bit more time, sure, but also your army will also stand out of the 3 Ultramarine (of the 2nd company btw) armies that run around in your location. From own experience: Nothing in this hobby feels better than having a beautiful and unqiue army (well, except GW decides to not provide rules for your conversioned guys anymore, such as Sliscus and the Dias of Destruction, amirite?)

At this point might aswell add them in... but make them oversexualised to hell and back. Why? Because the entire 40k fandom will explode and it'll give me so much entertainment.

Look, I didn't forget about cool models like Yvraine, Morvenn Vahl, or Celestine. Nor did I forget about other cool lore characters like Tarasha Euten or Lotara Sarrin. But calling them "dozens" is a huge exaggeration. It is a mere handful compared to the literal hundreds of male characters.
And what do we see of Yvraine in the community space? Of the Sisters of Battle? Mostly pinups and porn. Not all, but most.
Your sensible arguments have holes, my friend. That's why I responded flippantly.
My guy, there are many things that this community sexualized, from toaster up to Primarchs. And if you look at almost any other community, and turn off nsfw filter Imma bet, that there are many r34 arts and pinups of female characters in their universe.
