Everything is plugged in as much as I can get it. It won't let me change the input. The only thing I can do with the monitor is turn it on. The menu button does nothing

you sure your cables are seated properly? is there a manual way to change input? because it sounds like it’s just on the wrong input

Is it a amd pc?. You may need to flash the bios to get it work.

I have the hdmi plugged in. I even got a dvi adapter to see if that worked. Still having the same issue. I have my rgb stuff plugged in and its all on. I think its just the monitor giving me a problem

Try hdmi, some GPUs don't display till the newer drivers are installed  with other display cables

I suggest you contact their Amazon after-sales service, they respond particularly well, the last time I bought a monitor problems sent an email to them quickly to me to solve the

I just got my pc setup, everything is running fine. No lights on the motherboard show any issues or anything. However, when I turn on my monitor to set it up, it gives me the CRUA logo screen, it goes black, tells me no signal, then goes to sleep. It's brand new so the cables are fresh. It won't even let me get into the monitors menu to do anything. It's a 24in curved 75hz if that helps
