There's enough unobtainable pets to fill a whole pet shop. Angelic Inari, Cheeky monkey, Corgi, Devotion Sprite, Eugene, Fluffie, Golden Gnome*, Jaguar cub, Lion Cub, Mordaut Jr., Parcel Pete, Percy, RuneFest dragonling*, RuneFest Foo Lion*, RuneFest Honourable Foo Lion*, Shaun*, Snow leopard cub, Scoop, Sockroth, Snack Yak, Tiger Cub, Treborn and various pet tokens that are only available in limited supply off trades/G.E.
*debatable if should be available as were originally exclusive rewards
Additional note, the Cheeky monkey is a non-cosmetic pet. When you're pickpocketing it will prevent one stun for a failed pickpocket every minute. It still hasn't been re-released since it was added in 2014.
This. It's one thing there are so many cool pets that haven't been re-released, but it's another thing entirely that an unobtainable pet provides an actual gameplay advantage. At the very least if they aren't going to re-release the existing pet (I think they should, but if they aren't), then at the very least release some other pet with the same function. Seems extremely unfair that players who missed the event can't take advantage.
