Parking at LAX Terminal Garages

I have a few flights coming up and am trying to figure out what to do about getting to LAX. The prices aren't crazy high for parking right at the terminal parking garages (so inside the airport) but I've never done this before so I was wondering if anyone has parked there and either recommends it or thinks it's best to stay away from them? With the prices and unreliability of Uber these days, plus all of the catalytic converter thefts going on at the parking garages near LAX, I'm just looking for the safest option without spending a fortune. Thanks!
