[1703] Crash Landing

Been working on some fan-fiction lately for a wargame called Infinity. It's outside of my usual wheelhouse since it's military sci-fi, so any and all comments and criticisms are welcome. I'm hoping that the text remains legible and interesting despite being from a fandom you more than likely are not a part of.

Here's the text.

Keep in mind that, like all fan-fiction, this contains a few references to things that you might not grok on first go. I'll list a few outliers here, but hopefully you won't need to read any of these for the text to make sense:

• The main character is from an extremely advanced society (PanOceania, the Hyperpower), visiting a location on the Planet Dawn, which is a frontier planet filled with werewolves. No, I'm not kidding. Werewolves are aliens and this is where they're from. In lore, these werewolves are called Antipodes. The general "country" that he is visiting is called Ariadna.

• Military Orders is a Catholic branch of the military that the main character belongs to (he is from the Capitoline Army). They're all holy knights with broadswords who wear tabards over their power armor, hailing from the Neovatican on the planet Neoterra. Yep-- the pope is an alien, and this is where he's from.

• MULTI is a brand name. Kriza Borac, Sù-Jiàn, Muttawi'ah are all unit names from other factions. The joke is that the first two are extremely heavily armored and the last one is a troll unit that is extremely easy to kill and very, very annoying.
