How to avoid commercials, by device

There are 3 different methods to avoid commercials:

1. install Privacy Badger browser extension
2. install Kodi and enable the unofficial MLBTV addon
3. install Node app mlbserver on a computer (via npm or Docker), access it on any device on your network through a web browser or media player

Here's a breakdown of which methods apply to different devices:

• Computer: all 3 work
• Amazon Fire devices (including Fire Stick): #2
• any Android-based device (phones, tablets, Nvidia Shield, etc.): #2
• Chromecast with Google TV (with remote): #2
• old-style Chromecast (no remote): cast from #3
• iPhone/iPad: #3 through web browser
• Apple TV: #3 via AirPlay or VLC Media Player
• Roku: #3 via AirPlay or Roku Media Player
