DPDT plastic rigid point float switch?

Does anybody know where to find a DPDT single point level switch to mount on top of an acid waste tank? It needs to be rigid type like a gems that follows along a stem made of some sort of plastic. I’ve scoured everything an can’t seem to find it. Magnetrol, gems, Flowline etc…. Thanks

Based on the limitations you mentioned, I would go with 2 gems using the same conduit, tubing or pipe with both gems mounted and then use 2 of their safe-paks, 1 for each gems. Not sure if helps.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately we can’t add another nozzle to the tank. Appreciate it though .

Most of the gems sensors I've used has 1/8" npt threaded connection. If you were able to use 2 of these with some 1/2 tubing and tee them, you could still use 2 switches with 1 nozzle. Other than that with the other manufacturers you listed you would have to add a secondary DPDT relay and let your level switch drive the coil of that relay.

It’s a 2” nozzle so thanks for the great idea on the 1/8” to fit in both. That may just work. Because of redundancy requirements the DPDT relay wouldn’t work. Need to have 2 sources of redundancy at all times. Thanks for the great idea on the 1/8” gems! I will need to look into that further.

Good luck! Please let me know how it works for you or what you wind up using. If the 2 gems won't fit side by side, you might be able to stagger them where one is on top of the other. Might make an inch or 2 difference in height, would still offer redundancy.
