Will The RK’s in this mod have proper borders?

TNO RK borders are notoriously far off from those of the real plans (see;Dallin) given that the devs seem interested in reworking the East, will they be more in line with those actual proposed changes?

We plan to change rk borders in the east (we need to code it in but im too lazy :p)
