More Uncut Guys?

Has anybody noticed that there seem to be more uncut guys in this world? At least in my area, but I thought being circumcised was the more common thing, something like 80/20. But I would say it's more like 60/40 if not 50/50 in my area. I know the whole thing about it being more common in foreign countries, but I'm in NJ. I don't know I might've just been mistaken in the first place.
