I don't know. He's probably tired of hearing about this from so many people. He's such a good sport for not being super annoyed by this one thing brought up over and over again.
I mean, it's fun for me to watch every once in a while, but imagine being Rick Astley himself just being bombarded by rickroll references by every new person he meets. On the one hand, it's a great honor to be a part of this huge phenomenon, but on the other, no one knows anything else about you. He looks like he's having great fun though.
