Your lgs will probably give you a discount if you are buying in bulk. Just ask them what kind of deal they can give you.

Do this. You can probably get a little better deal online, but if you go to your LGS and ask if they will cut you a deal on a case of dragon shields or whatever, they will likely do that.

Even if you went with Dragon Shield (let's say $10/100) for 1400 sleeves that's only 140 bucks.
Not a crazy amount of money, and I doubt bulk from a distributor would be in quantities as low as 1400. You can also buy cheaper sleeves than DS.

is the inner alt-art sleeve also from Dragonshield? I didn't think they had a product for that.

That's from altersleeves.com I paid the artist to let me use the art for sleeves too.

I think it's the same process. I've had no problems with them and it's been over half a year.
