Nope. They are 4 points clear leading into the final round.
To be honest, if Bulldogs don't win then Carlton don't even have to try.
Also the margin swing between Saints win Carlton loss needs to be 140 (plus Doggies lose) for Saints to factor.
I do not see Swans or Pies phoning it in this week unfortunately.

St Kilda are 140 points behind, for example, if Carlton lose by 70 and saints win by 70, saints jump on percentage. Or 100 point win with 40 point Carlton loss, if you can see what I mean.
