Now that the dust has settled, the reviews of 3 have been mixed

All things considered, it's kinda sad how a game that got so much buildup n hype, some people consider to be disappointing. whether it's from their dissatisfaction with the story, the characters (namely the protag) or even the villains.

it is what it is though I guess. I do wonder if monosoft will tie up any loose ends in the coming dlc waves. like how Riku just... knows things. hell, I wonder if theyll do a proper epilogue/send-off for the cast of 3- where they all meet up again like they promised to each other in the end.

overall though, despite its flaws and previous grievances I had once I finished it, I can say I enjoyed the game for what it was. I loved the characters, I keep playing because the environments are fun to explore, and just. had a great time.

8.5 or 9 out of 10 tbh
