[RANT] Bloon trap in co-op steals money - it's unbalanced and not fun
EDIT: also see Obyn's money counter re: wall of trees ability
In case you don't know, money isn't shared in co-op from a collected bloon trap. Usually income is distributed evenly between players, and farms just add money. But bloon trap actively steals regular pop money. It's not enjoyable to play co-op if Double-Money-Daniel comes in, gets his trap, and takes all our money before some even have their heroes up, leaving everyone else to struggle in a half-cash-like gamemode.
It's even worse for co-op CHIMPS. No extra money is made by a bloon trap engi in CHIMPS (the banana value when you click is misleading) but they still steal and take the would-be RBE.
EDIT: examples to explain:
| P1 income | P2 income | |
|---|---|---|
| p1 has a dart monkey that pops 10 reds | $5 | $5 |
| p1 has a bloon trap that captures 10 reds | $20 | $0 |
| p1 has a bloon trap that captures 10 reds on CHIMPS | $10 | $0 |
