Welcome to the wonderful world of the WaterDan. You can clean that up a little by routing the cpu power cable behind the gpu and over to the corner. it really tidies up the motherboard area nicely. See the pinned post on my profile for an example.
Note: in order to get mine into the motherboard, I had to unplug it from the PSU, plug it into the motherboard, THEN plug it into the PSU.
Thanks for the tips! I'm definitely planning on making this change once I upgrade my build with the new hardware. I'm also going to try and clean up the routing of the AIO tubes a little bit.
Welcome to the club, man. It's a great case
Hiya! Please post more details about your build! Here are some (non-exhaustive) prompts for you:
Are the case's advertised compatibility numbers accurate?
How easy is cable management?
How effective is the cooling setup?
Would you recommend your parts overall?
If you did a custom mod, how did you do it?

I miss that cryorig. Cant find it anywhere.
It would've been a decent cooler in a case with any airflow, but in the ML08 it was honestly pretty bad. When I took off the side panel it worked great!
I had the same problem with mine. Things were OK when I had a Haswell set up in there, especially with a Noctua fan replacement, but after upgrading to a Ryzen nothing I did made the temps/noise any better so I gave up and relocated everything in to a CM H100. Not the best case, especially from a cable management standpoint, but I had it on hand and it did the job. I do miss the console style form factor though.
Yea, that checks out. Honestly I like the form factor of the A4 H20 better, but I wasn’t really utilizing the console style case size anyway.
if you ever want to go back to the ml08 try this mod
Specs:
I recently moved my build from a Silverstone ML08 to the Dan A4-H20. The thermals in the ML08 were awful, and after 5 years I could no longer stand the noise from the CPU cooler.
So I joined the Dan A4-H20 club, switched to water cooling, and upgraded my power supply to prepare for next gen hardware.
I’m planning on doing a new build when the new CPUs/GPUs come out, and I’ll be moving this build into something smaller like a velka 7 (I’m also be open to suggestions for alternatives).
Nice, moving my ML08 build to a Revolt 3 this week.
The temps aren't great. Also planning CPU + aio upgrade.
