I need help with my Playstation account being locked

I have a friend gamesharing my account were both 0s5 and another on ps4 I've never had issues before until now everytime I try and play ANY of my owned games it tells me its confirming my license and then someone else is using my license it may take time to restore them 8ve restored my license restarted my system deleted and reinstalled the game and reactivated my account NOTHING will let me play my games and of course to make matters worse sony will not respond to my issues can anyone help with suggestions???
