Is Tovra's lighting repository any good for resto druid?

Hello,

I play resto druid and I have a choice in my vault between tovra's lighting repository level 304 with speed buff or Jabber Grookin' Gauntlets level 304. I already have the latter (Jabber Grookin' Gauntlets) in level 291 with Leech. I don't know what's better. I'd pick Wrists but I can upgrade the ones I already have level 298 with valor and with leech. Will the 304 then still be better? I don't know how good is Tovra's lighting. It's not listed in the tier lists I've seen for trinkets. My current trinkets are Unbound Changeling 278 and So'leah secret technique 278.
