How can I transfer my music from my old phone to my new one

I just bought a new phone and using icloud transferred all my apps and data. So far a couple of minor glitches but mostly fine. The exception is that none my music came over.

I have a library of music I ripped my CDs that I would like to transfer over to the new phone. How can I do this?
