getting rid of the smell of another dog in your home?

yesterday an uninvited guest brought their equally uninvited female dog over. it ran throughout the house for a couple of hours and peed several times in our backyard. i kept my dog locked in my room the entire time to stop them from meeting but he obviously can still smell her. my dog is still unfixed (getting neutered in literal days) and the smell of the other dog being here is driving him nuts. he won't eat because he's too focused on sniffing the couch and floors religiously.

how can i get the smell of the other dog out of my house? ive already attempted to wash out the urine spots in my yard with vinegar but he still keeps trying to lick them.
