Renovations

Hey all. Wife and I are in the process of getting our kitchen, ensuite and main bathroom all renovated completely

My wife was at the bank and they saw our recent (small) LOC usage as we get the ball rolling on paying for stuff, and the bank offered us 1.99% on our LOC for 6 months. I didn’t even know this was possible given the economic status of things. I have yet to follow up on this offer but I was/am surprised. Perhaps my wife misheard? We do have a long relationship with this bank. I’ll of course follow up on Monday

The only reason I’m curious is that my Reno’s are expensive (over 50k) , and if I can use the LOC at a cheap rate for 6 months I can put my liquid somewhere else
