When will Leclerc lose it?

I’m wondering when Leclerc is going absolute bonkers at Ferrari? He’ll never get the WDC with the sh*tshow Ferrari is giving him. Being the nice guy is hurting him like hell, at the moment. And even the elephant-in-the-room Sainz is not speaking up. I get it that they’ve respect for their employer, but yeah, it’s not getting there.
