I was accused this because I was trying too hard to help her with her mental health… I naturally learn a lot about myself when I try to help others with their issues and mental health for me is a large one. So I was helping her out and she said I was doing it for selfish reasons, and while she was correct in the fact that I did get introspection, it was genuinely for her. I wanted her to be happy so I sacrificed my time to help her. I wasn’t trying to use her problems to solve my own, I just wanted to help… we aren’t a thing anymore but that’s for the better I think
