Did it just disappear or do you scrape your tongue?

I’ve had noticeable oral thrush for a while now but the past few days my tongue has been completely clear of it. The only thing is, I’m not sure what I added that got rid of it. I added a bunch of supplements to my regiment for non Candida reasons. 
Nutritional Yeast
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin D/CK
CoQ10
I also have been taking garlic on and off. I take some days off because I’ve noticed I get a poor reaction from Garlic sometimes. 

Anyone have any idea what most likely has been clearing my tongue?
