I'm going to cook directly over the coals and fill the whole grill. Iv'e been watching videos of jerk shops in Jamaica and that seems to be how they do it.

My 22” has only one limitation: space. I mostly offset cook with a slow n sear, even when smoking, so I’m limited to the use of one half of the grill. For me that’s 6 thighs, or 4 steaks, or 1 brisket, or two rib racks, or 8 drumsticks, or a bunch of little wings and drumsticks don’t know the #. What is your cooking method?

I can get two full spatchcocked chickens on there 

I’d say with good layout probably 15-20 individual legs for a two zone cook
