18553152743 is the number I usually give customers as the ogp TL, the other (1-800 Walmart) number sucks cause it's all automated, this one u should get a person right away.

I'm just asking if anyone knows. I know there's a way to do it because customers have been routed to my store through customer service, I just dk how.

When people come in here being respectful theres no reason to downvote them and be assholes. Jeez guys and you wonder why ya customers are all assholes, look in the mirror.

Does anyone know how to speak to a real person about a Walmart order? I received the wrong version of what I ordered but if I try to get them to replace it I feel like they're just gonna send the same thing again. 

Whenever I call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful. I'm an associate so I know if I try to call the store they won't know how to help me.
