I can't be around my brother

Venting

I am 15 and my brother is 18 and my brother is very cool but he triggers me a lot so I kind of have to avoid him. He is a very cool brother and it makes me very sad that I can't hang out with him. That's all.

I can't sleep with my sister in the same room (out age difference is about the same as yours and your brother's) because she has very hectic breathing patterns. It sucks how misophonia can ruin relationships
