[Hiring] Web Designer/Developer for 4 page application landing site

I need a 4 page landing site for my mobile application. It would consist of the landing page with and without app store link, contact page, "demo" page and specifications page. There are no server intensive processes or significant database processes required. Along these lines: (http://savedelete.com/60-amazing-iphone-application-websites-for-design-inspiration.html)

I would be looking for you to create or source a seven panel storyboard that describes how our application works for the demo page.

I already have the domain, host and MySQL databases established so what I need is the actual design no real back end. No SEO required.

I have WordPress installed on the domain now but would prefer not to use that, however if you make custom WordPress templates that fit the bill that is fine. At delivery I want all files necessary to update/tweak the site on my own (psd, ai, etc...).

• Cost estimation
• Time estimation

Thanks, and I look forward to working with you.
