Tahm Kench interactions (team)

So my friend wanted to know because I recently started maining Tahm Kench if I could eat him while dead Karthus and spit him on enemies. This wouldn't work because Karthus is untargatable while dead. Then I got thinking, Eggnivia, could I ult her and run away? And Zac passive? Any others I'm missing and would they work? Sion would be bad because his health would still drain but if I needed to I could get him in there.
