Oh boy. Malfeasance quest.

Okay, so I have done lost sectors, waited for the enemy to move in on each other, the blind well, and gambit. BUT YET nothing increases the counter for 25 taken bosses or mini bosses. I have abandoned and regrabbed the quest. I know I'm late but can someone PLEASE help me out here, thank ya.(edit: no dlc)
