What does "Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1 without significant intellectual or language deficits" even mean?

I got this diagnosis from a neuropsychologist and I just don't really know how autism even applies to me or if I've just unknowingly masked it my entire life. Genetically it makes sense because I've got two brothers with it, but compared to them my diagnosis seems very low, even with an 87 on the Total Autism Index (19th percentile) and a 124 on the Asperger's Syndrome Quotient score (95th percentile, though I've heard stuff about Asperger's being an outdated categorization). I get that autism is a spectrum, but it just doesn't really feel like much of a diagnosis I don't really know how to feel about it.
