Bad toothache

So, this thursday I had a bad, bad toothache ans it's only been getting worse. The problem is that I called my medic friday and my appointment is on a monday. I honestly don't know if the pain or the pain relievers will kill me first. Should I go to the hospital if the pain doesn't stop. Is there anything they can do?
