Playing Spotify on Sonos and TV Speakers?

Is it possible to stream Spotify to my play 5 while also playing it out of my xbox on my TV? Can't figure out how to group the two in spotify or the iOS home app. I have a play 5 outside and my home theatre system inside and would like to sync the two. Is the only solution here to buy another Sonos?
