Alright, let's protect the Yi

This is Master Yi Udyr. Now before you leave i wanna say I just went through plat with an 80% win rate, with only a really bad matchup against EzKen.

For whatever reason I LOVE Yi's design in Lor, he is so satisfying and weird to pilot at the same time. I've tried Yi/Ornn, Nami, Riven, Kayn, Akshan and it was all terrible. With these you are too vulnerable to aggro or to any interactions.To have Yi as a main focus you need:

Protection

A way to give overwhelm or elusive

Lots of spells

Not die on turn 5 to burn

This deck has all that and other win conditions. In this meta the mix of stances, spirit's refuge, freezes and deny is really good against a lot of decks.

Couple broken thing with this deck: Freezes: protects yi, udyr and your nexus, allows to target a specific unit for yi lvl 2 and activates flow (3 sisters) Spirit's refuge burst heal with lvl 2 Yi is hilarious. Stances for flow, regen on yi and overwhelm

Keep in mind this deck wants to win on turn ~8. The first flow trigger for Yi is around turn 5 to be always sure to protect him. And Eye of the dragon is op af.

I might have just gotten lucky, but the matches i played felt convincing in piloting.
