do you think weight loss would make me look older/younger?
Im a chubby guy in my early 30s who could lose about 3-4 stone to get me to being what I would describe as 'thin' (in my opinion anyway)
Maybe men my age who have lost that amount of weight could answer this...or anyone else opinion would also be welcome from me.
Would it make me look younger or older?
This paragraph could all be nonsense but: Some people say weight loss would make me look years younger. Ive heard some people say that being a bit chubby makes people look facially younger. Ive heard people say that for women over 40, weight loss makes them look facially older probably as weight loss might mean more wribkles/lines appear on face/around eyes.
Im still going to try to loose a few stone regardless but I just want to know what to expect?
Thanks folks
