Trading View / TOS

I was thinking. I like the look and fluidity of Trading Views charts and tools etc. And I do know that these two platforms don’t sync. But in a sense , can they be used next to each other. Just have a trade window open on TOS and watching your Trading view charts and level 2 using different monitors. I haven’t tried this during market hours only because I just thought of it while surfing the web.
