How do I get over hating every single picture someone else takes of me?

It sounds stupid, but I absolutely hate looking at a picture of me that someone else took. I nearly have a panic attack, start overthinking, almost to the point of crying. I really want to get over this, it has ruined so many happy moments. Any advice?
