Is baby still hungry?

My LO is 13 weeks now. We got her tongue tie and lip tie released at 11 weeks. She still clicks when feeding in the right but so much better on the left. I weighed her today and she’s 5065g. She was 4770g on Aug 16, which gives a gain of about 12g/day. I try to supplement more via bottles/syringes/med cup but she screams and cries when they’re brought close to her mouth. She has at least 6 wet diapers and 2 poops a day. I’m nursing her at least 8x/day and I wait until she removes herself to switch sides/end the session. For the most part, she’ll chill and play in between feeds. She’ll cry if she’s left alone or she’s getting tired. She sometimes wakes up crying, which then she’ll take the breast happily.

I’m really not sure why she’s not gaining sufficient weight :/. Could it be a mild case of CMPI so she’s not absorbing enough? Or my milk isn’t nutritious enough? Or is she still hungry but refuses the supplements? This has been causing me so much stress……
