issue with myrmex

Myrmex will not store items.

I placed a queens egg in a hole that I created. She grew, I used the staff to attune to her and created 3 more rooms. Entrance begining and end are set, egg room and storage room are set, and yet, the workers won't do any of this and will just freeze at the entrance into the queens room. Any solution to this?
