Hard lumps under skin from concerta?

I was touching my arms this evening and I can now feel some small hard lumps under my skin on my upper arms? They kind of hurt when pressed or messed with but other than that I don’t notice them? Anyone else experience this? I’ve been on concerta for about 4 months ! Im on 20 mg (10mg twice a day)
