If you have to end your turn 1 against an unknown deck with only EITHER an omni-negate or an IP powered Avramax(or equivalent), what would you choose?

I know neither is exactly a strong opening board. But it's a choice I have to make semi-often with my not-at-all-good deck, so I was wondering what you guys think of that.

I'm curious on where you guys fall on that. At my locals people are pretty split on what to end up on. I tend to fall on the "untargettable/indestructible is too good" side of things but I think that might be more because it's more effective at my locals than it actually being the general right choice.

But yeah, what do you guys think?

Assuming either IP powered Avra or an omni-negate, if your hand can take you to either route and you have no idea what your opponent's deck is -- what do you do?
