Leaving old FF league on ESPN?

I'm still in an old inactive ESPN league. It shows up on my fantasy teams list in the app and it gets annoying having to swipe passed it to get to my active teams. I was wondering how you can leave an inactive league. Whenever I click on the team it just takes me to a list of the old league members and there's no option to leave the league. It just says "Your League Manager, _________, must reactivate this league for the upcoming season."
