Rocket’s Red Glare Achievement Issue (fallout 4)

Has anyone else ever had an issue where the Rocket’s Red Glare achievement won’t unlock? I’ve done it in two separate playthroughs now (the second and latest in survival mode) and neither time has it actually worked. Is it because I passed all the charisma checks and didn’t fight anyone? I’m on PC.

Edit: Please ignore this, I forgot to turn it in on my other run (where I betrayed the railroad).
