Does samsung galaxy phones collect browsing history via Report Diagnostics Info?

This option is always turned on so I wonder what information do they collect via this auto Report Diagnostics Info. Can they collect browsing history, saved passwords from different browser apps?

The description says- "and how you use your applications (frequency, duration of use, setting status, memory and battery usage, log data, and where Location functionality is activated..)

As it says log data of other applications, doesn't that mean not only can samsung access other browser's data (history and passwords I guess?) but send these data to their servers?
