Subtitles are abnormally small

On my dad's computer, the subtitles have suddenly become incredibly small. I tried on every other device and the subtitles are normal everywhere else. We live in a country without the option to change the subtitle appearance in account settings so I'm not sure how to fix this issue. The problem persists regardless of subtitle language. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?
