I don't really follow a recipe, I just do what my heart wants!
However I can kinda try and write it up.
I use 500g of plain four, add a pinch of salt, one sachet of dried yeast (7g), and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
I add warm water slowly until it comes together and kneed it, adding more water or flour until a tacky dough forms.
I put the dough back in the bowl and leave it to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
I then place the leavened dough back on the table and cut it into equal quarters before shaping into a ball by rotating each bun, pinching the bottom between the counter and my hands. I leave the buns on a tray while the oven preheats to 200°C (392°F (so like 400 lol))
Once preheated I place the tray into the oven for 30 minutes, or until the colour in the photo.
Can I eat your buns?
I'm afraid they've already been eaten :(
