Still can’t connect Best Buy to T-Mobile to check on a trade in. Thoughts?

I had same issue. It was sim swap blocking turned on. Tforce had to place a ticket with fraud team. Few hours later all was good. I was "trying again later" for 2 months before they fixed it last night.
