Weird control problems

I have a weird bug that breaks sneaking. When I try to sneak it sneaks for a few seconds and then I fall. Also sometimes the camera turns in a random direction quickly.

Here is a video showing the problem. You can see when im holding shift on the on-screen keyboard. The camera thing happend once in the video when shift stopped working the first time.

Note: This is not a hardware problem. I tried different mice and keyboard and the same thing happens. It also happens in 1.18.1

Does anyone know how to fix this?
