Is this worth building around?

Hey all, I found an Asenath's Gentle Touch with curse enemies with despair on hit 44% and +2 Level duration gems, I am looking for a build idea if these gloves are good enough to warrant one. I am looking to try out juiced pack size farming and thought maybe I can make an effective explode build. I would like a build with high movements speed; my heisting pathfinder has ruined me for life I'm afraid. Thanks in advance for your help.
