If I sell my New York Q+A package/seat through Ticketmaster, how do I ensure the recipient gets a spot in the meet and greet and whatever else came with the package?

Not getting a straight answer from Ticketmaster, unfortunately. Would sell/transfer the seats through here but unsure how to make them aware someone else is going in my place. DM me if interested and I'll call Radio City to see what can be done?
